Leach Lewis Rubber Tracks is one of the few, if not the only, aftermarket supplier to offer customers a full recycling process for less than the cost of landfill disposal!
In conjunction with our partners, Aquablast, we have developed a unique patented water jet process that can recycle rubber tracks efficiently and cost effectively. Water jets operating at over 55,000 psi are used to break down the hard rubber compounds and separate the steel track segments and the spiral steel core.
This unique process is 100% environmentally friendly with no emissions, no chemicals and no fire risk. The recovered rubber and metal is sold for recycling ensuring that there is no waste. The licensed and certified process has a complete audit trail and it’s supported by WRAP and the EU Enviro Life Fund.
